Our Story

Founded on a Vision to Democratise Quality Legal Advisory

RSD Bajaj Global was founded in 2014 by Varun Bajaj and Shivaarti Bajaj with a vision of democratising access to professional & quality legal advisory. Born from their pedigree at India's most prestigious law firms - Amarchand Mangaldas and Remfry & Sagar - and sharpened by Harvard credentials, they built an award-winning full-service law firm that serves the new economy.

Our founding partners bring together rare depth: Varun's expertise in general corporate advisory, alternative investment funds, and venture capital investments, combined with Shivaarti's specialisation as a Qualified Patent Attorney in IP, data privacy, and emerging technology. Together they have built a firm that covers every dimension of modern business law.
